RETURNS

Upon delivery of the product, the customer must verify the integrity of the packaging and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the order made, in case of problems with it, it must be notified within 14 days. If the product is damaged, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid or to have the product replaced. The customer has the right to change the purchased goods within 14 days of delivery of the products by requesting a return in the appropriate section on the website www.alienation.shop and to return the goods perfectly intact in their original packaging at their own expense. If a refund is agreed, only the price of the product will be refundable, the shipping costs are non-refundable. The exchange of the goods is available if the requested size is one of the sizes available on the site, otherwise it will be possible to exchange it for any other product that does not exceed the amount paid.
